Per\u00f2 com tot, \u00e9s necessari individualitzar els exercicis a cada persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests exercicis s\u00f3n molt importants en embarassades, mares, esportistes o homes i dones de m\u00e9s de 50 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests exercicis ens ajudaran a que els m\u00fasculs que conformen el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 estiguin actius i funcionin correctament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Saps com es fan aquests exercicis de Kegel?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta de contraure la musculatura del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0, aguantar uns segons i relaxar.
